In Search of the Secret: The Lost Coin of Alexander the Great
Some fishermen found some of the world's oldest coins off the coast of Gaza. Coin specialist Dr. "This was a very important discovery," says Wooten Wortenberg, "and the most prominent specimen of Alexander the Great's currency, Decadrama, was there."
His collection contains information on every Alexander the Great's Decadracma (Alexander's Money) coin, which was officially listed, until the coins were picked up from the sea in the spring of 28th.
"When I took it in one hand, I was shocked and overwhelmed," says Fadel Alatol, an archaeologist in Gaza.
